Project P.U.S.H. is to help YOU realize you have to keep you inner engine going ALL THE TIME. We live in a society where everyone is NEVER SATISFIED. Personally, I fall victim to the same trend. Im never satisfied in LIFE. Its always more to obtain. We must remember to take peel each layer off at a time. I’m currently working on squatting 500lbs. Realistically I have to work up that weight. The last two days I’ve started squatting 5x5 225lbs, 5x5 275lbs and today i’m going try 5x5 315lbs.
The best way to look at any GOAL is make it count. ” A shot in the dark is better than no shot at all!” Keep Positive thoughts and dont bullshit yourself!! I’ll keep you guys posted with the squats. Try to set a goal for you self today and make it HAPPEN. The purpose of  P.U.S.H. is to TALK less and actually PROVE IT
